While climbing the ladder in corporate American, Deborah knew there was something else she was meant to do.  In 2003, Deborah left her 20+ year career as a Process Engineer to transition from engineer to entrepreneur. Leaving the corporate world was a bit of a risk, but the calling was strong.

Disappointed with corporate gifting options to help people stay connected and appreciate others, she knew she could do better.

Her vision was to use her MBA and engineering background to deliver high quality corporate gift solutions to professionals in every industry. The decision was made and Baskets Galore was born.

Nationally recognized

Since its launch in 2003, Deborah has led Baskets Galore’s growth, achieving awards— including the Corporate Gift Company of the Year designation by CBC Magazine— for the last three consecutive years along with other recognition.

In 2010, she received a US Design Patent for her unique 360 gift and packaging system.

Baskets Galore has provided products to countless big and small companies, as well as, personalities across the nation.  Her client list includes Progressive Insurance, Sherwin Williams, Wall Street, the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Cleveland Indians, PolyOne, Westfield Insurance, Squire Patton Bogg, Moen, and other Fortune 500 companies.

Coaching, presenting, and serving

In addition to masterminding and directing Baskets Galore, Deborah is also a highly sought-after speaker and presenter, delivering seminars/workshops on high-impact sales, customer service, lead nurturing, client retention and entrepreneurship to national audiences.

Deborah hosts an award-winning cable show called Business BEAT; bringing awareness to local non-profits/businesses in Medina County; logging over 200 shows in the last 2 years.

In addition to serving on two boards, Deborah is on the executive faculty, design judge and a presenter for the National Gift Basket Convention, the largest international gifting organization.

She lives by the ideal that kindness is never forgotten and coaches her BG team to execute to the highest standards—giving first; while helping others succeed.

Deborah lives in Brunswick, Ohio with husband John and her children, Gabe and Hannah.
